Over the course of seven years — functioning both as the Producer on staff at LaCrosse and then as Account Director, Producer and Project Manager after moving to Kamp Grizzly, I have had the opportunity to work on many campaigns and initiatives for the LaCrosse brand.
MY ROLE
Managed creative teams, production, and post production teams and served as the single conduit between all parties
After moving to Kamp Grizzly, I led all account management, serving as the single point of contact for Danner and collaboration partners
As Producer, I led production on stills and video shoots for many of these campaigns and managed producers on any campaigns that I did not produce
Developed and managed the overall project budgets for all projects
Collaborated with creative team leads to develop and sell-in the campaigns’ strategic positions and approaches on all campaigns
Engineered the overall project timelines and directed teams to provide on-time in-full project deliveries
In addition to content highlights seen here, I managed the creative development and launch of a female-focused lifestyle product line and key trade show design/builds. Alongside the production of content, I led all teams developing campaign strategy, key visuals, digital assets, social content, retail assets, and dotcom content for all brand categories.
