adidas NYC Flagship Launch
On December 1, 2016, adidas opened its NYC flagship on Fifth Ave, one of the busiest and most prestigious shopping streets on the planet. In preparation, my team was asked to create awareness for the grand opening.
To create anticipation of the store launch, we created a series of unique activation experiences for athletes and creators throughout the city that spread awareness and helped cement the brand's positioning.
From creating an LED floor fast feet challenge at Cardinal Hayes, live hip hop Y7 Yoga at Church Street Boxing, to a digital target practice under the Dumbo Archway, we brought the Future of Sport to 5th Ave. These activations successfully drove hoards of people to adidas on opening day and produced record sales for a retail opening for adidas.
MY ROLE
Led all account management, serving as the primary point of contact for adidas
Managed creative team, production, and post production teams and served as the conduit between all parties
Developed and managed the overall multi-million-dollar project budget
Collaborated with creative team leads to develop and sell-in the campaign’s strategic position and approach
Engineered the overall project timeline and directed teams to provide an on-time in-full project delivery
